Congratulations to Lucy Bowen who swam 5m unaided for her badge and certificate. 

Well done to swimmers who succeeded in beating their 10 minute test distances. They were Jay Ellis (170m), Sam Lamb (325m) and Daisy Brookes (433m).

Thirteen swimmers attempted the 10 Minute Challenge (distance covered in 10 minutes).

Four beat their previous bests for a certificate. Well done Ella Newitt (210m), Daisy Brookes (375m), Sonia Kelly (375m) and Lucas Brookes (450m).
