As there were so many personal best times in the club gala, the swimmer speed rankings have been updated. Thomas Slater has a new club record.
Small Pool Gala Results and News From 04/10/13

Where have all the junior swimmers gone? There were only three swimmers in the small pool championship this evening. Very well done to William Newton (Gold), Harry Castledine (Silver) and Samuel Davies who took the well-deserved medals.
Leanne Gardner swam 100m for her badge and certificate. Ben Cant was awarded his T-shirt for his regular attendance.
Remember it is the main pool gala next week.

Sending our thoughts and condolences to Barbara and Chris Lanwarne, after receiving the sad news that Barbara’s Mum and Chris’s Grandma, has passed away. From everyone at the Swimming Club.

Congratulations to Clifton Hall and Daniel Hodge on achieving distance awards. Clifton was awarded his 25m badge and certificate and Daniel his 200m badge and certificate.

As some of you may already know, the pool hoist has been repaired and is ready for our members to use again.

Unfortunately, our pool hoist has had to be taken away for repair. This means that for approximately two weeks, we will not have a hoist available for our members to use. . We will keep you updated and let you know when the repair is complete. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
