We have now received our first ever cheque from Easy Fundraising for £27.22, which is the amount we raised up to the end of September 2011. Many thanks to everyone who has registered and helped us to raise this money.

Thank you!

Sported Grant

We have been awarded a generous grant to cover our planned expenses for the next year. This grant does not include competition items such as trophies, medals and engraving. It also depends on our continuing to fundraise at the previous level. We would to thank Sported for this kind grant.

News from 25th November 2011

James Askew presented Treasurer Marie Clarke with a cheque for £1049.83, which was kindly donated by the “Ram Ravers” for the disabled. James has been a member of the Ram Ravers for several years, but it has now sadly closed. As a result, their funds are been given to other clubs who help disabled people. We are very grateful for this donation, and it will be used towards the running costs of the club.

Ashley Campbell-Barker swam 400 metres for his badge and certificate on 25th November 2011.
