Josh Bailey set new best time for 25m backstroke.
Seth Naylor set new times for 25m backstroke, 25m breaststroke and 50m freestyle.
Daniel Hodge set new times for 25m freestyle,  25m backstroke and 25m breaststroke.
Matthew Lewis beat his best times for 25m freestyle,  25m backstroke  and 25m breaststroke.
Marsha Marshall set a new best time for 50m freestyle.
Cara Smith set a best time for 50m freestyle.

Chloe Lawrence, Nate Smith and Marsha Marshall all set best times for 50m freestyle on 12th August. Well done to all swimmers.

News From 5th August 2022

There was a lot of good work in the pool this evening.
Marsha Marshall completed her National Plan Stage 4 and also set a new best time for 25m freestyle. Daniel Hodge swam his fastest ever 25m, while Aaron Williams and Nate Smith set their first ones. Emily Robbins gets a certificate for jumping in and Matthew Lewis was presented with his t-shirt for regular attendance.

On 29th July, Sara Baxter was presented with her club t-shirt for regular attendance.

There was a lot of success in the pool this week.
Drew O’Connor reached his first Adult Swim milestone with a certificate for 1 mile. This was started one week before the lockdown for Covid and finished in just 3 weeks.
Tyler Laidlaw swam 5m in buoyancy aids for a certificate.
Rebecca Reading swam 10m in buoyancy aids for a certificate.
The following swimmers all achieved best distances for a 10 minute timed swim.
Marsha Marshall covered 258m in her very first stamina swim.
Seth Naylor and Gurvinder Garcha both improved to 339m.
Josh Bailey improved to a commendable 487.5m.
William Newton completed an amazing 635.5m.
