Well done to Seth Naylor who reduced his 25m Freestyle time by 2.5 seconds at the end of his session on 8th July. Marsha Marshall set a time 25m too in preparation for forthcoming competitions.

Emily Robbins reached 20 miles (32km) for an Adult Swim Fit Award.
Marsha Marshall swam 50m for a badge and certificate.

Daniel Hodge has reached 25 miles in his accumulative swim for an Adult Swim Certificate
William Newton has a certificate for a best distance in 10 minutes, completing 618m. William also recorded 2 fastest 50m time trials.

Chloe also swam a best time for 25m Breaststroke.
Good work by Matthew Lewis setting a 10 Minute Timed Swim distance of 337m.
