Congratulations to Harry Castledine who has been awarded an “Amazing Progress” Certificate for his work on 4th November. Good luck to the swimmers travelling to Leamington for the gala. Watch out for results.
The Presentation Evening has been booked for 16th December after swimming until 9pm. Please bring a plate of food. There will be a raffle, so please try to sell some tickets – books available on poolside. Raffle prizes welcome. There will be a session on 23rd December.

Congratulations to Adam Gardner who swam 5m for his badge and certificate, also reaching Stage 2 of the National Plan for Swimming. Faith Bevan swam 50m for a badge and certificate. Matthew Lewis completed Water Safety Level 1.

This week, Daniel Hodge completed his Water Safety 1 certificate and Josh Bailey swam 20 lengths in a 10 minute timed swim for a new certificate. Congratulations to both swimmers.

Congratulations to Seth Naylor and Aidan Tully who have completed their National Plan Stage 6.
Chloe Lawrence set a new best time for 50m freestyle practising for her place in the NASCH finals gala. Also selected are Marsha Marshall, Phoebe Tully, William Newton and Matthew Sloan (Juniors) and Leanne Gardner, Carl Smith, Sonia Kelly, Seth Naylor, Josh Bailey and Daniel Hodge (Seniors).

In case it is of interest to any of our members, Make a smile, is fairly new and their aim is to help disabled and disadvantaged children to enjoy their childhood and bring a little magic into their lives. Details of what they offer can be found on their website and they also have a Facebook page with their latest events on.

From the 1st October 2022, the admission fee for a swim, charged by Everyone Active, will increase from £2.85 to £3.10 per adult. For those of you with a Passport to Leisure, admission is still free of charge. Membership of our club, is also still free of charge.
