Well done to Sally-Anne Tully, who ran the Coventry Half Marathon on 19th March 2017, in just under 3 hours, raising a fantastic £80 for club funds. Many thanks from everyone at the club.

On 21st April, eight of the junior swimmers used the 10 minute test as part of their session. Congratulations to Ryan Fulleylove (355m), William Newton (350m) and Phoebe Tully (272m) who all achieved personal bests for a new certificate. 

There will be a short committee meeting after the session on 28th April.

If you would like to hear William talking to Vic Minett about his trip to Wembley and his blog ‘William’s World’ it was recorded at 10.20 on CWR on 10th April. Great interview, William!

Reminder that there is no club swim next week. (14th April 2017)

Daniel Fulleylove swam 100m for his badge and certificate on 31st March 2017 while older brother, Ryan finished his National Plan Stage 8. Congratulations to both.

Bedworth Pool will close at 6.00pm on Good Friday (14th April) and so there will be no club swim.

Between October and December 2016. a total of £57.31 was raised for club funds through EasyFundraising. Thank you to everyone who has helped us to raise this.

Congratulations to Daniel Fulleylove who completed his first 10 minute stamina test, swimming an excellent 175m. Also to Gurvinder Garcha who swam 1300m in the one hour session.

Congratulations to Philip King on another 10 minute test pb – 281m this time. Philip also gets his attendance T shirt this week.

Tamworth Gala will not be held in May this year, but later on – probably after their summer break.

The swimming pools at Bedworth Leisure Centre are now open, so there will be a club swim session tonight (17/03/17)

The swimming pools at Bedworth Leisure Centre should hopefully reopen tomorrow (17/03/17) at 3.30pm. However, as it suggests above. it would be best to double check before travelling to our swim session, just in case of any changes.
